This is one of France’s classic and great liqueurs. Belle de Brillet isn’t exactly new – it’s been around in Europe for over thirty years and the base Brillet Cognac has been around for over three and a half centuries.It is the original blend of BRILLET Cognac and the essence of Williams Pears (Poires Williams). The perfectly matured pears, were picked at their peak of ripeness, macerated, then blended with BRILLET Cognac. Over 20 pounds of Williams pears from Alsace go into each 750ml bottle of Belle de Brillet Poire Williams Au Cognac. These pears are mixed with aged Cognac Brillet along with a “jealously guarded secret ingredient.
